Join us for Palmerton's second Airing of the Quilts event on Saturday May 3, 2025! This exciting community-wide day will host several events designed to inspire others through the art of quilting. These activities are planned for the day, rain or shine.
Start your day with a Quilt show and vendors at the Palmerton High school. A shuttle bus will bring you into town where you can enjoy:
- Quilting in the Park with an information booth, entertainment, local bake sales, and view the community quilt
- Quilting Scavenger Hunt - you will need to find all the quilt blocks hidden in the shops along Delaware Ave. and get your program punched. If you find them all your name goes in for the drawing at the end of the day.
- Quilts will be hanging in all the shops on Delaware Ave. to inspire you.
- An antique quilt display will be at the Living Hope Lighthouse Church
- A quilt display will be at the Bethany Wesleyan church featuring a very talented local quilter.
- Keynote speakers throughout the day at the Bethany Wesleyan church
- A blue and white quilt display at the Senior Center
- Quilts will be for sale in the art gallery at the Palmerton Library
