04-01-2021 Color Evaluator helps fabric selections! The shop will be closed on Friday April 2nd and Saturday April 3rd for the Easter Holiday.Since the shop is always closed Sundays and Mondays, it will reopen Tuesday April 6th. New Notion The Color Evaluator from Cottage Mills helps you select the right colors for your quilt project by determining the light or darkness (Value) of the fabrics. The red filter is used with warm colors and the green filter is used with cool colors. Materials seen through the filter as darkest become those that will stand out the most. Those that are seen as the lightest will fade into the background.
