Note that if you can't make it to the library for the event, you can sew at home but it is still necessary to register in order to be eligible for the contest. If you are planning to join the group at the library, don't forget to bring your sewing machine and quilting tools. ~Winter Weather Store Policy~ Since folks visit our store from all over the area, it's a good idea to make sure we're open before you trek out for fabric on a snowy day. To view our Winter Weather Policy on our website, please click HERE.  ~Chenille Snowman Wall Hanging~ Instructor: Cindy Mengel-Smith  A happy primitive Chenille snowman wall hanging (approx. 20" x 6") on a flannel background to help you get through the Winter blahs! You will learn an easy Chenille technique and have a nice wall hanging when you're done! Date: January 18th, 2020 1pm - 4pm THIS CLASS IS NOW FULL! If you would be interested in taking a future session of this class, please call the shop at 610-900-4700 and we'll add you to the Waiting List. ~"Glorious Hummingbirds" Picture Piecing~ Instructor: Diane Minor  Create a dramatic pictorial quilt using Cynthia England's pattern and design entitled "Glorious Hummingbirds". **The class is limited to 4 students with intermediate quilting skills.** This will be a 2-session class on consecutive Saturdays at the shop. Session ONE: Saturday, February 15th, 2020 10:30am - 2:30pm Session TWO: Saturday, February 22nd, 2020 10:30am – 2:30pm There are only 2 spots left for this class, sign up soon! Sewcial Guild -The next scheduled meeting will be on Thursday, January 23rd at 11am. The guild meets in the upper floor Gallery of the Palmerton Library, across the street from the Shop. Elevator access to the upper floor is available. Quilts of Valor - The next scheduled meeting will be on Thursday, January 23rd at 2pm after the Sewcial Guild meeting. ***As always, we'd like to remind you that groups and guilds are a great way to make new friends!
