12/27/19 - Happy New Year from the Quilted Crow!
The staff at the Quilted Crow would like to wish you a very happy and prosperous New Year! ~2019 Holiday Shop Hours~  The Crow will be closed on Tuesday, December 31st and Wednesday, January 1st for the New Year's holiday. The shop will re-open on Thursday, January 2nd, at 10am.  When visiting the shop this holiday season, be sure to take a walk to the park located less than a block away to view the beautiful Christmas decorations. ~Winter Weather Store Policy~ Since folks visit our store from all over the area, it's a good idea to make sure we're open before you trek out for fabric on a snowy day. To view our Winter Weather Policy on our website, please click HERE. ~Inventory Reduction Sale!~ Our annual in-store Fabric Sale will run from Friday, January 10th through Saturday, January 25th. Save from 10% up to 40% off on many of our fabric collections. This sale does not include our color wall bolts. Help us make room for the many new collections arriving in 2020!  ~Chenille Snowman Wall Hanging~ Instructor: Cindy Mengel-Smith  A happy primitive Chenille snowman wall hanging (approx. 20" x 6") on a flannel background to help you get through the Winter blahs! You will learn an easy Chenille technique and have a nice wall hanging when you're done! Date: January 18th, 2020 1pm - 4pm Class Fee: $30, price includes kit To sign up for this class, you can either call the shop at (610)900-4700 or click HERE to register online. ~"Glorious Hummingbirds" Picture Piecing~ Instructor: Diane Minor  Create a dramatic pictorial quilt using Cynthia England's pattern and design entitled "Glorious Hummingbirds". **The class is limited to 4 students with intermediate quilting skills.** This will be a 2-session class on consecutive Saturdays at the shop. Session ONE: Saturday, February 15th, 2020 10:30am - 2:30pm Session TWO: Saturday, February 22nd, 2020 10:30am – 2:30pm Class Fee: $75 The price includes both class sessions and $35 kit. Crow Sew - The next scheduled meeting at the Crow will be on Wednesday, January 15th at 10am.
Sewcial Guild -The next scheduled meeting will be on Thursday, January 23rd at 11am. The guild meets in the upper floor Gallery of the Palmerton Library, across the street from the Shop. Elevator access to the upper floor is available. Quilts of Valor - The next scheduled meeting will be on Thursday, January 23rd at 2pm after the Sewcial Guild meeting. ***As always, we'd like to remind you that groups and guilds are a great way to make new friends!
