4/18/19 - Rock City batiks have arrived!
~Easter 2019 Holiday Shop Hours~ The Quilted Crow will be open on Good Friday, April 19th, from 10am - 5pm and on Saturday, April 20th, from 10am - 2pm. Happy Easter! ~New items available in the shop now:~ ~Rock City Batiks~  (click to view a larger version of the image) Rock City is inspired by the unique location of Bayan Batik's new design studio in Colorado! The collection showcases the vibrant contrasting colors and shapes found in the everyday rocks we see. Rock City offers a beautiful double border print in 2 colors and designs that showcase cultural symbolic messaging found in historical rocks and hard surfaces. ~7 Bear Hug Quiltworks Patterns~ designed by Lisa Alley  (click to view a larger version of the image) Coming next week: ~Limoncello Quilt Kits~  (click to view a larger version of the image) This 58" x 84" quilt is perfect for spring and kits will be available in the shop next week. The Stonehenge Block Party and Solstice Panel Quilt Challenge are happening now!  To celebrate the 10 year anniversary of Stonehenge Fabrics, Northcott is sponsoring 3 contests this year: The International Block Party Solstice Panel Quilt Challenge Traveling Stonehenge Quilt Display (Click on any link above for more information about that event) We have also prepared a document explaining all three contests in detail and a .PDF version may be downloaded HERE.  (our Block Party entry) To view all of the blocks submitted for the contest to far, click HERE to visit the Stonehenge Fabrics Facebook page. Because the Stonehenge fabrics are back-ordered, our kits are currently not available. If you are interested in ordering fabric which was recently featured in these newsletters but haven't been able to find it on our website for sale, please call the shop at (610)900-4700 and we'll gladly help you place your order over the telephone. ~The staff of the Quilted Crow~  Crow Sew - The next scheduled meeting at the Crow will now be on Wednesday, April 24th at 10am. Sewcial Guild -The next scheduled meeting will be on Thursday, April 25th at 11am. The guild meets in the upper floor Gallery of the Palmerton Library, across the street from the Shop. Elevator access to the upper floor is available. Quilts of Valor - The next scheduled meeting at the Crow will be on Thursday, April 25th at 2pm. ***As always, we'd like to remind you that groups and guilds are a great way to make new friends!
