March 18th is National Quilting Day and the Crow will be celebrating with...chocolate! Be sure to stop in the shop, say hello, and grab a piece or two of chocolate.

~Arabella Quartette Block of the Month!~

This beautiful design features the Arabella collection by Debbie Beaves for Maywood Studio. Finishing to 84” x 101” this queen size quilt features basic piecing but looks complex.
The BOM program will run for 6 months beginning April 18th. For months 1-4 you will receive the pattern and fabrics to complete 3 blocks each month. The 5th month will include the sashing and cornerstones, and the 6th month will include the borders and binding. Note the backing fabric is not included in the BOM price. The sign-up fee to reserve your spot is $10 and you may register at the shop or online by clicking HERE. The program is $25 per month. You can pick up your monthly package at the shop or have it mailed for an additional fee.
Beginning April 18th and every third Tuesday for the next six months, Barb Godshalk will be at the Crow from 10:30am to ?. She will provide tips and pointers for the block construction and answer your questions. You also have the option to bring your sewing machine that day and sew 1 or all 3 blocks at the Crow. Don’t delay to register for this beautiful quilt BOM, there are only 12 spots available!

"Beginning Quilting by Machine" - Spring 2017"

Make either a crib or lap size quilt from start to finish!
Eight 2-hour sessions held on alternate Fridays OR Saturdays from 10am - 12pm, starting on Friday, March 17th or Saturday, March 18th.
This class will introduce you to quilting by machine and rotary cutting. You will learn tips and tricks, beginning with choosing fabrics, to make your quilting journey a successful one.
Class Fee: $75 for complete 8-session cycle + $15 Class Notebook + Materials

The local chapter of Quilts of Valor which meets at the Crow is known as "The Quilting Crows" and Janet Starner is the coordinator of the group.
