Lisa Steuer stopped in the shop and shared a picture of a McKenna Ryan Design she is currently working on - nice work, Lisa!

Next up, we have a recently completed submission from Cherie Troester which is a modified Irish Chain Quilt which features our Serenity Hombre fabric.  Great work, Cherie!

Our next project is a beautiful Friendship Triangles quilt submitted by Mary Giampapa.  Thank you for sharing, Mary!

Our next project is a Bandana Quilt, submitted by Steph Oblas.  Thank you for your submission, Steph, that's a great idea!

"My brother was going to 'retire' all his bandanas. So I recycled them into a quilt for him! Because they had been washed and worn so many times they were not square. I used a 12 in square ruler and cut out the centers of each bandana and stitched them in rows for the top.

I used all the left over borders form each one and randomly sewed them together to use as the backing.
For the top, I stitched in the ditch to the batting, then I sandwiches them together and used bias tape for the binding . I then did knotting or embroidered each of the squares to the backing.

I hope you enjoy looking at it as much as I do! I can't wait to present it to him!"

Our next project picture was submitted by Carol Moll.  Thank you Carol!

"This wall hanging is titled Circling the Sun and is from the Quiltworx.com book “Geese Migrations.” It’s paper-pieced in 6” blocks. The book includes 29 designs by various Judy Niemeyer-certified shops, all based on the same block designs. I had assistance from Anita McCartney and several “regulars” at the Quilted Crow in selecting the fabrics. The original plan was to use the lightest shade of aqua as the base and work from there into other blues – but, can you imagine??, it turned into purple instead! It's not yet quilted, but I plan to hand-quilt it as soon as I finish the wall hanging I’m working on now."

Our next submission is from Kathy Krivenko, who sent us some wonderful pictures of her first Baby Quilt which she created for her 5th Grandchild.  Nice work Kathy!

Next, we have 2 more stunning finished projects from Cherie Troester.  The first is what she calls a "Modified Double Wedding Ring" quilt and the 2nd quilt is entitled "Hello, Dahlia."

Here are the completed quilts from the Spring 2016 Session of the "Beginning Quilting by Machine" class which was held at the shop.

Next up we have completed "Fat Quarter Pop-Up Kits" from a recent class at the shop.

Here are 4 more excellent projects which showed up in the shop in the last few weeks:
